Our executive chef, Clay Cundiff, a Louisville native, has been cooking professionally for more than 20 years. Before joining the Norton Healthcare team, he served as the executive chef at Club Grotto American Bistro. His work has been featured in Foods Arts, Gastronome and Food and Dining magazines, as well as the Secrets of Louisville Chefs Cookbook.
Cundiff has been with Norton Healthcare for 11 years, and his expertise and knowledge have been instrumental to the delivery of healthy and creative menu planning for his patients and customers.
