Chef Anthony Quiram has more than 20 years of culinary experience that includes local work at The Jefferson Club and Standard Country Club, where he held the position of executive chef. Quiram attended Sullivan University, where he studied a variety of culinary courses. He later received his chef manager’s certification at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
Quiram has showcased his talents in a variety of cooking competitions, including the Ohio Valley Inaugural Chef Competition, and he has been featured on WHAS-11. He enjoys providing cooking demonstrations for Norton Healthcare programs promoting healthy eating options.
Quiram was promoted to regional executive chef for Morrison Healthcare, a role in which he provides culinary support and expertise to other chefs within the region and at special events, including the 2012 and 2014 Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, GA. In addition, he is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and the Kentucky Restaurant Association. As executive chef at Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital, his commitment is to the continued delivery of culinary excellence for patients, staff and visitors.
