The Truman Medical Center Food & Nutrition Department is proud to offer catering services for your private parties, meetings or celebrations. Our menus and services are designed to provide meals using the healthiest and freshest ingredients. All of our meals are prepared in-house by our very own Executive Chef, Jeffrey Lathrop.

Catering Hours
Monday – Friday
7:00 am – 3:00 pm
All catered events require a minimum notice of a rolling 72 hours and MUST be entered in the MyEcatering System. This allows appropriate scheduling and procurement of food products to insure a successful event. Any catered order inside the 72 hours will require approval from a member of Administration. Email requests will not be honored.
Catered Functions Outside Normal Business Hours
Events that require catered functions after 3pm Monday – Friday, or anytime on Weekends or Holidays, as well as any off-site events will require at least two weeks (14 days) notice and approval from a member of Administration. This allows appropriate notice to employees of schedule changes in accordance with the current Collective Bargaining Agreement, as well as coordination of delivery, set-up and breakdown if needed for any off-site/after hours event.
In addition, please consider that all catered functions that cannot be absorbed within the normal day to day operations will include a bill for labor for that event.
